Computing facilities

As part of its Information Technology Plan, the University has installed an extensive data communications network. This network allows computers at Curtin to retrieve and exchange information with other computers at local, regional, national and international locations.

It provides access to the Internet, electronic mail, browsing and retrieval environments such as the World Wide Web, the Library and information management systems.

Curtinlink is Curtin's campus-wide information system which provides information about Curtin and also serves as a gateway to the Internet for people at Curtin. As your gateway to the Internet, Curtinlink can help you find information anywhere in the world as cheaply as possible and from any computer on campus.

As a student, an e-mail account is made available for your use while on campus.
